Nomination Terms :-

1. Registration Fee for each award will be at USD155.00 - for one nomination.
2. Registration Fee must be paid upon submission of this nomination form. For bank transfer, payment must paid within 7 days after submission of this form.
3. Incomplete registration form will be rejected.
4. Nomination fee paid is inclusive of One Award and Award Certificate, which will be presented at the Grand Award ceremony in your city.
5. For non winners however, you shall receive your NOMINEE Award Certificate at the Award Ceremony.
